To avoid restocking fee, the return item must be in original case, with all of the accessory and document paper, and no visible marking on the items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchasing party. We do not have a duties & tax calculator so if you are purchasing internationally, please make arrangements as how to pay these fees.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • We’ll pay the shipping if the mistake is ours.
  • The shipping will still be covered if manufacturing makes mistakes.
  • If the cutting tools are not immediately available, we’ll provide you with options to help you.
  • While troubleshooting your machining works, if the cutting tools we send you do not fix the issue, there will not be a restocking fee most of the time.
